Team Coach and Assistant Coach
Are you interested in being a coach or assistant coach of a boys or girls basketball team?
•Practices begin late November and games last through mid-February (one weeknight of practice per week, one game on the weekend).
•Options:
1st-2nd Grade Boys
3rd-4th Grade Boys
5th-6th Grade Boys
1st-3rd Grade Girls
4th-6th Gade Girls
Cheer Squad Coach and Assistant Coach
Are you interested in being a coach or assistant coach of a girls cheerleading squad?
•Practices begin late November and games last through mid-February (one weeknight of practice per week, one game on the weekend).
•Options:
K – 2nd grade
3rd – 6th grade
Referee
Are you interested in refereeing basketball?
•Games on the weekends (games beginning in mid-December and ending mid-February).
•Options:
1st – 2nd Grade (half-court side to side with looser rules)
3rd – 4th Grade (half-court side to side with more emphasis on rule enforcement)
5th – 6th Grade (full court with emphasis on rule enforcement)?
Registration and Evaluation
Are you interested in helping with registration and evaluation Events?
•2-3 hours on a weeknight or weekend in October
•Options:
⋅Registration (assisting with receiving registration forms and payment)
⋅Uniform measurement (measuring player height and uniform sizing)
⋅Player evaluation (counting numbers of repetitions, counting made baskets, and time keeping)?
Scorekeeper or Scoreboard operator
Are you interested in being a scorekeeper or scoreboard operator?
•Keep score during weekend games mid-December through mid-February
Prayer Volunteer
Are you interested in serving as a Prayer Volunteer for our basketball league?
